Middle Defense

I've always noticed that some players, like tanka and alkn, put factories in middle after mm as extra middle def. I always wondered why no one said anything about this cause its clearly against the rules:
Middle Defense Limits
- There can be no more than 3 Hives in the middle.
- Players may not build more than six creep colonies, which may be morphed into sunken or spore colonies.
- Buildings not included in the above are not permitted and must be destroyed immediately if constructed.

In the event someone has gone over the limit, please simply pause and ask them to destroy the excess buildings. If the other team failed to destroy the excess buildings and you felt it affected the outcome of the game, complete the game, save it, and then report it to a League Admin.

Where does is say "any Zerg building not included...."?  Its its meant to be for zerg buildings, it should specify zerg buildings.

I think this can go either way. To me the statement "...must be destroyed immediately if constructed" implies that the building was built at middle specifically for defensive purposes. Not moved there after the fact. And if it is built in middle, it should be destroyed in middle asap.

As stated above, this is the MAXIMUM amount of middle defense limit, "NO MORE than 3 HIVES and 6 COLONIES".  Specification or indication of any other building was not disclosed by any other race so by default, any other middle defense should NOT be included. Any other mix of buildings in middle would occur as DQ. The terran build area would exceed only up until the creep of middle defense.

- Buildings not included in the above are not permitted and must be destroyed immediately if constructed.
Again, no specification on race or building, other than mentioned above, should be destroyed prior to or when the building was constructed before or after MM

This will be discussed with trouble and mystery because to ME, its too general and did not specify as to WHO it applies to.

We'll have an answer for this topic as soon as possible.

SO i can have my zerg build mid hatches up next to the statue and build a second middle defense of factories below that as long as it doesnt touch the creep?

That's how I'm seeing it. Imo, I don't think there should be a limit on cannons or turrets though. Just limit spores + hatches. Nothing else can be built around creep except turrets + cannons.

Just make rule if u have jc as ally u can do whatever u want in mid. U know the guy won't hatch. U can't build after mm with pt or it's atleast hard to. With Zerg u can. If a pt is going to spend time/resources trying to build in mid they are either wasting alot of resources trying to rebuild whereas a Zerg can do it whenever. Ik when i try to build starports after mm i go broke spamming. and i woulsnt so it before mm as pt cuz ur Risking units/base. IMO should be okay Ik ppl used to build turrets in mid alot. And I lift my facts and put them in mid too. Idk if its allowed or not but if it not tell me. Also don't attack kyung main or he will report victory and leave
