Vent Server

Hey so I was wondering if anyone has a vent server or know any vent servers we can use for ZCL?

Some might find it easier to talk rather than type or vice versa but I think it would be cool if we had one incase people would rather vent during games rather than type.

Of course it would only apply to people who speak english.

I had a 1 year contract on a vent server back when I was running a raiding guild on WoW...

I will check into it and see if I still have it or not.

It is amazing at what the simple addition of Ventrilo will do for teamwork in a game. We played around with it back in WaNa in like 2003-2004... but it never really seemed to stick... Not sure why... No recalls ever got through because someone ALWAYS inevitably saw it and was able to yell on vent about it, rather than take the time to type.

Also worked amazingly for BMing and recording peoples' nerd rages... **cough** tycoon64_neo **cough**

skype and tc takes too much cpu usage and might cause lag for people who dont have 2011 cpu updates aka ewie/brat and co.

skype and tc will definitely lag the game. Vent is very low pc power usage and used by most online gamers.

Looks like a 25 slot server is only $5/mo, if everyone is interested in this i could rent it out for a year. Someone will admin it tho...

of course you can win just by typing... its a game where there is ALWAYS a winner and ALWAYS a loser. The question at hand is, do you want to increase your win:loss ratio at the cost of hearing prepubescents cry like girls?

If we get 12 "Yes" I will either have someone purchase Vent for us or look into a vent server we can use for ZC.  It will be open for everyone including GOA.

only if they join ZCL and they have their own mini games included..  trying to promote activity -_- doesnt help though when goas like legend, scythe, KILLER worst of all, kyo don't encourage registration, i dont really care if myst threatens them not to, he can suck my dank.. but GOA need balls first to take in BM to join..IMO so LMK QQ
