2. About rating... a good example is Athena (also kyo, maxine... maybe ewie, woots, etc) she is ranked overall 7.9? (i forgot) but her ran is ranked as 9.5 (i think) and she plays always ran.... lol... so if i beat her she ll give me less points than average, but if she beats me... she ll get more points rating/bonus (almost x3 points more!!!) even if both tvt (when according the rating she has a big advantage 8.5 vs 9.5)

Kyo suggested once... rank according race, i think its a great idea to resolve this handicap.

i agree to rating players for each race.
lot of players are 1 racer. (asil, kyo, washer maxine...)
best example is asil, she will win most of her game as ran, but prolly will lose all game using toss or zerg...

*About 1 racer and Lisa BIsa Boo.. un cant  zerg as "6.0" becusase u havent seen it, she "deserves" a better rating.

Cases:
*1 racer 95%/100%: Lisas/Kyo/Maxine/demonyo/ etc
*players that "normally" play 1 race: ewie(80%p)/ woots(80%T)/ iwin(80%Z)/ megix (80%Z)/ washer(75%Z)
*Players that u havent played: level, thisgametoohard, ooyl, zea, etc

Since its a lot of work rating players according race (i dunno if pr1me has enuff time to do it) I suggest (just 1 idea) this:

Lisa best race is ranked 9.5, standar rating is 6. If u cant rate her P/Z cuz u havent seen it--->(9.5+6):2 so her zerg should be ranked "7.75".

*Anyway i dunno if with this new score system/rating i need to rate players for each race (P8 T8.5 Z9) or average (8. if its average i think its better (rating for each race its funny, but unfair... obviously Lisa ll get higher score if we rate overall)

Or just use the player's rating based on the race played during game instead of avg rating...

Yes Kyo but:

*Still unfair, for example--->obviously lisa has a better zerg than thisgametoohard/level/or w.e, but all zergs are ranked 6-6.5.
*I think... its a lot of work(rating overall means 6 ratings, for each races, it means 18 possibilities) i dunno how his excel works... maybe im wrong
*Anyway I think pr1me wants a overall rating.

Thats correct Law, I want an overall rating so if you believe lisa's T heavily favors his rate and pushes her to 8.5+ then thats the rate you should give.  Rating each race would take alot longer and this new system is already going to take more time compared to the old system.

Pr1me can u help me with some parameters?? I mean 1 noob? 3 low pro? medium 5? 7high pro? 9 gosu 10 god?

Also i guess only integer/whole numbers (not 0.X) ?? (1-10 its more than enuff , i think)

Yeah ill refer to the list and the front page will show the parameters.

I think this system works best and is fairest though it'll take more time but I believe it'll work out as accurately as possible.

Also, you can rate from 1-10 with 1 decimal place.
