This happened to me (6 or 7 seasons ago), mystery said it was zcl. It doesnt really matter wat does the player say,

Agreement, according our recent jurisprudence, means basically stay or leave the game. Why were you playing? Y not just rm? In other words, we are in the presence, of a tacit consent.

full win, game counts. you would never have started if it wasnt zcl (tanka, kyu, trippy probably hosted) and that "agree to set teams" rule only works if you are setting both teams, not subbing.

Wrong. U wanna see my rep and see what we said on ac? Ewie and tanka were talking shit and they finally had a pvp so trippy said "why we playing yhis?" and I said " just so ewie and tanka can pvp. " that's why trippy and i told tanka we wouldn't help him cuz we knew we it wasnt zcl and we had no intention of reporting. And so Andy if that rule doesn't apply, we can say it's non and sub whoever and after we win, we can report as full win?

If everyone is registered, by staying and playing the game, even with the subs, you are guys basically agreeing to the terms.  If you don't want it to count as ZCL don't play with the sub and remake melee.
