I've reinstalled numerous times, with Symantec on and off, but it doesn't change.

I am installing w/o CD. I install using dl via Battle.net.

install via dl battle.net? do you have the cd? try loading the game without cd using the install.exe transfer, theres a vid on my profile, im usually afk so check it out maybe it'll help?
